Has anyone heard anything about our Win As One bonuses this year?

The WIN program is for WINners not losers. Many of you want to sit on those lazy behinds and wait for good things to come floating your way, well that isnt how life works. Pizza doesnt magically appear at the door, someone must take the initiative to get the pizza van moving but most of you are content to sit home crying over a cr-ppy Jenos frozen pizza.

Well ya get what ya paid for and many of you are paving your way right out the door. Now....GET BACK TO WORK!!

The last post was a stellar endorsement to stay with ADP. You can't make this stuff up! Hilarious! 😂

You will received a bonus when and if you earn it. A bonus is just that a bonus and not something entitled. You punks need to learn to work more and quit your moaning and bi--hing. If you dont like it then find employment elsewhere ya little crybaby.

1.05... pathetic. Maybe we'll get a Sam's club membership for free next year. What a pile of po-p.

@OP this is a layoff site, not a "how do I find out internal information provided to me by standard communication protocols within my company", so get back to work, slacker.

Need the bonus because Netflix raised their prices?

WFH, what a joke.

WIN is for those who aren’t bonus eligible. Does anyone know what the bonus eligible % looks like for the year? I’ve heard it’s usually 10-15%. Did they get a low number too?

From my experience at ADP, bonuses were always small, even laughable. Even for top performers. And many of these top performers were targets for layoffs despite their strong performance because in ADP's estimation they "earned too much money". Absolutely insane.

Well….. maybe you should have excelled and you’d be the ones repeating. Nope, you just WFH doing the minimum and expecting the maximum.

Oh, how our countries mentality has changed.

I do give you a participation trophy, that’s what you grew up on.

Warmest regards.

@jy also to add their bonus target is 200% of base salary.

FYI Executive compensation is in the proxy reports and is publicly available. Fiscal 2024, execs received bonus at 123% of their targets. WIN last year was 2.65%.

A whole 1%. Yippee! Makes me want to work so much harder. Next year's bonus will be a membership to Jelly of the month club. Are declining bonuses a sign of bad times to come?

Received mine today, merit was average. Bonus was absolutely laughable.

So fortunate to be working at such a great company.

I love the opportunities it gives me.

All my best.

I’ve been wondering the same. The company seems so hush about it considering we got a whopping 2.65% last year.
