Why is any executive still here? Every attempt at a product launch is a complete disaster because the only thing they care about is the share price for announcing a new offering and the money they get selling to customers that don't know it's still being developed on the back end by people that have to constantly rope in support to put out fires they designed.
The only thing they have a knack for is patting themselves on the back.
