Intel only laid off 6-7K people 15K more to go through attrition? come on that won't happen more layoffs prior to end of 2025 if Intel wants to reach the 75K number as Light Blue Van desires.

They saved most of the H1B and let others go, without any chance of being moved to another position.
Majority of the last cut are here till the 15th. Check in after that

@ad+1. The fab has always been just a factory with factory workers in a different environment. Spitting out wafers the same as any other production line spits out a product. It has improved over the many years, but so has most other production lines.
My organization let 4 people go. Never get to 75K with that.

Haha light blue van....a lot nicer than what I've been calling his bi--h a-s. Fabs are a sweat shop now. No difference between an Intel fab worker and any other factory worker except the stupid a-s clean room suit. The fab is basically just a factory but with extra steps.
Agreed, no way this brainwashed cult of employees leaves of their own free will. And once they are layed off they will be depressed and want to go back. Classic Stockholm syndrome.
