This company is awful. That's about sums it all up.
I can't wait to find a new opportunity and jump off this sinking ship. There are no benefits provided to employees anymore, anything that was beneficial to employees has been removed or reduced to the point of inconsequence. Forcing us to come into an outdated, uncomfortable office for no reason whatsoever other than to fluff some execs ego. What a joke.

The amount of absenteeism in this place is unreal. I’ve never seen so many people calling in sick on the same day. Everyone’s burning through their time off because they know they’re on the chopping block whether it’s in a few weeks or a few months, they’re getting cut. I’m about to start doing the same.
yep, I've been talking to people that are still there and they're saying the place is going downhill. Morale is horrible, nobody really cares, just doing what they can to survive there knowing full well their turn is right around the corner. Must be great to plan for the future as a Dell employee now.
