@ch they thought it sounded good to say 50% of recalls are fixed with OTA updates. That means half of our warranty issues are caused by our cr-ppy software. It’s only going to get worse.

Ford Pro revenue increased yet margins have decreased compared to 2024 same quarter. As software matures and customer bases increase, margins for software typically increase, not decrease. This question is not asked by the media. The talking pointof top line growth is being used as a distraction.

Should always be doing this no matter if things are good. Protecting yourself is common sense and you should consider 2-3 years at a company like Ford a long tenure if you aren't management. Other companies are different. Ford just isn't one of those employers you'd want to stake your future on at this time.

It's the end of the road for Ford this year. There is no turn around plan to make this company successful.

Start looking for a new job with other companies.
