What do you think is the ratio of People that behave like Beavis to true good hearted teammates?
My estimate is that for every 10 teammates, there are 2 Beavises
With each round of RIFs the Beavis that remain go up.

@by agreed, most of the talented teammates are gone, if they were highly skilled another bank picked them up, others lost to reduction in force where managers were not consulted on whom they would like to keep. We are left with sub-par young talent and then there are many like me that are riding this dumpster fire right to the day the pension kicks in. Just look at the high levels newer teammates with almost no experience are currently in. These promotions are made out of necessity for a warm body to fill a position and not on merit. I agree with what was said. If you are more than 5 years to retirement and you are still at this bank, you may want to examine your skill set and ask yourself why another bank has not tried to recruit you.
@OP I bet Beavis was better at fractions.
Wouldn’t that be 1 out of 5?
All of the good talent has left, either by their own accord or RIF’ed. If you are still left you need to go look in the mirror and ask yourself why no other bank wants you. Then you can realize you are the Beavis.
