Deliver good enough on schedule is more important to your customers than leadership that never delivers

x86d dependant on MS Lenovo Dell and HP way to far and deep in the chip set process lines ! Toolset vendor FSE monopolies should end ! Lease toolsets and tell them come get it back when they age and fail over and over. Broken and aged toolset line support must end. Toolset junk all over the fabs. From AMAT on and on. Redundancy and copy exactly do as OTF does must end. So what cry babies must leave !
Fire the board now ! Hire real working in fabs and labs scientist technologist engineers only ! Get back to creating Intel branded products retail to industrial ! F it go rogue and build our own data centers and autonomous driving vehicles ! Fire the board today and start creating and innovating Intel !

I had a front row seat in Ronler to the rampant nepotism and the deterioration of PTD culture that took place during the 14nm to 10nm transition. PTD was so unique 1990-2010. In fact, there used to be a class called PTD Culture that all employees in TD were required to take. It was like working in a hive but we sure got things done. As far as 10nm (Intel’s Waterloo) SAQP was not capable and Cobalt was DOA due to reliability issues. All of these technical sc--wups should have been sorted out in Pathfinding.

Intel now is like a star that begins to fuse Iron. It’s game over. Now 14A development will only proceed if customers sign up? Sorry, but the industry does not work that way.

why on God's green earth would anyone think the same group with basically the same leaders (PTD) would magically figure out how to obtain process leadership after abject failure for over a decade? that's what went wrong. why would anyone think those same people would magically 'figure it out'.
