Mid year review

Why do they rush us to complete our self assement for the mid year review and then take a month or so to tell us what management figures we are at for the review...

Still haven't heard anything back on my self assement...

Pretty sure they want to figure out how to give is all low ratings.

So sc--wed up. If I'm not performing just let me know ASAP. Why wait to whenever? I would think that my p leader knows if I'm a 1 2 3 4. But no the higher-ups know force ranking is better. What a way to motivate.

@ac for some departments the force rank is already done, used to set up the “definitely not a quota!” quota looking distribution of top, middle, and “freshen up your LinkedIn” ratings

I think they are waiting for the “natural” attrition numbers to come in, after announcing the RTO4, and then decide how to force rank us. Those that have the lowest rank will be forced out or laid off. Hope I’m wrong
