@OP probably in India, working from home with 3 generations of family, a chicken coop and a cow in the living room looking at your health information.
My biggest beef right now is that after two aquisition, and now on OPTUM machines. They are very limiting but worst of all we get an enormous amount of company spam mail. That is a bad trend for business. We's guts work ta do.

If its a contractor, then just know that we pay bottom of the barrel rates for all our contractors. US and India.
We get what we pay for. The execs pocket the savings to fund their golf and private jet lifestyle.
@OP UHG is not exactly an "employer of choice" and everything swirling right now isn't helping. The only folks that would apply in 2025 are either clueless, heartless, or otherwise hopeless.
