Keep seeing Insight, Tech, and others being mentioned. Is OptumHealth or the care delivery orgs expected to be impacted?

it’s been quiet in the care services area, a lot of people have left on their own and continue to leave.

Insight is done (for now). I'm a GL30 in OT and I only know about tomorrow for OT.
