They have always had a pattern of layoffs before earning reports. Is it going to stay same for this earnings report!?

@OP We had the last purge 7/17.
Next layoff is soft. Groups working on a fever pitch project to create hasty 2026-27 projections in weeks before earnings. Goal is fluff forward statements and prop stock price. Speed, stress and cultural PTSD = wildly inaccurate and unattainable.
Few parts: regional RTO locations and massive re-org of duplicative products, cutting the number by half or more. Teams consolidated, AI does more work, people quit due to RTO/re-org. And it gets wrapped as good news, if the market digs it will see its bad
