Not been here long huh? No news is good news most of the time you will never know who got zapped unless its is in your direct group. They never reveal what groups or businesses are affected. So unless you have a wide web of people in different business units and geographies you will never hear anything

Contracts lost by Optum in MIchigan have 3/4 of the state covered by telephone.

Not telephonic visits because no care is rendeded. The staff just talk to the patient and may call the PCP or schedule them a week later, even if it urgent.

The few providers making in-home visits are swamped, and scheduling is chaotic.

Not a good business model. Likely malpractice if patients need to be seen urgently and are put off for 3-4 days.

I’m not sure it was that many but people did lose their jobs. Just because you didn’t see it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
