Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

"at least lbt is saving the company"

I sometimes feel like lbt is preparing to split the foundry, then keep downsizing products until they become buyable by some other company. Am I going crazy?

@dt
I agree after hearing what he said about Intel's position in the industry. Intel was still in top 3 10yrs ago, and it was a node and a half ahead in process 20yrs ago. He's nothing but a slash burn and sell guy

He ain’t saving anything other than the buying price of Intel assets for his other VC buddies.

LBT plays Texas Hold'em with other Company's CEOs. One day he go all-in with one of our Fabs

I do not expect LBT is going to make some great product overnight and glory will be back. Non-founding CEOs are all here for quick money. See company getting split and sold out. May be there will be a small company left out like what happened to Motorola.

OP says that like it is an issue or something, so maybe he is just a bit psycho.
