Yea I spoke with the CPO for the first time a couple days ago. His days are probably pretty numbered. His ego is absolutely on a different level. Not approachable. Had no clue how certain orgs work, fights with sales and customer success. He acted like he started the damn company.

Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with the CPO (hate that I have to refer to him as that as he’s not qualified to be a director) quite a bit. During his first couple of months he had the audacity to ask in a meeting- “what is CCaas?” Lol. I mean I give any new employee a bit of a learning period but he speaks so arrogant and matter of factly that every word he says is 100% accurate even when he is embarrassed on things he makes up on external calls. So after he’s the friggin CPO of a cloud contact center company and he asks this- I lost all interest in trying to believe he knew what he was doing. Then Callan was let go along with IVA folks and other useful people. He literally doesn’t live in reality. He kept telling his new team after joining- ‘I don’t have to work or be here. You know that right?” He’s seriously other worldly insane
@OP LMAO.
@e0 then don’t respond. do you feel compelled to? use that time to find your next fu-kup.
Product needed a shake up
Some sour grapes on these boards
Top guys leaving!!!
@ct it does affect you you twit, these fu---d up choices are damaging every level of the company. Bad product = bad company
Yea a lot of people have been posting about this man. It would have gotten old but he just keeps out doing himself. While it’s entertaining as it doesn’t affect me, it’s bewildering to me that people have to report up to this menace.
I miss Callan as well. He was a gift from god that this company did not at all deserve. The current state of things is abysmal.
We are painfully aware of this in product. It became blatantly obvious last Nov when we were asked to present initiatives which he rejected or approved at whim. It was clear what was to come. Sigh!
@a5 I miss Callan!
At least Callan understood the product verticals being the founder of Inference and all...
