@OP Unless the interview was audio recorded, it's a case of he said she said. And this means the plaintiff has a slight advantage.
Also, the lawsuit was filed in the UK (London). The UK and Europe in general lean in favor of employees in employment lawsuits.
She's right, but also an utter id--t. 5% of them are brilliant, the other 95% are mediocre at best, not because of their ethnicity but as a result of DEI hiring and nepotism. After 12 years in the company and hundreds of hours of "training", she should know better and keep her mouth shut.
