Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

And it's happening again!

Ready to go at the end of October. Of course, we have to train our replacement.
We got told in a 15-minutes call.
But hey, they care about your mental head!

@aq Oh quite down buddy. You don’t know people’s situations and some cannot just quit. Settle down.

@OP Does anyone know which department is most impacted? Will it be like the previous layoffs, with cuts of 10%/20%, or will it be different this time?

I disagree with @a3... If you are still at Nielsen, you are more stupid than you look and nobody in the world would actually hire you!

Let's call it for what it is, everybody has been trying to get out, the worst of the worst is what is left.

of course it’s happening again, it never stopped. have you not paid attention?

it’s been two years of this. if you are still at nielsen, you’re either in denial or just waiting for severance (which isn’t much unless you’ve been there a long time and even then there is a six month max i think).
