Unfortunately for you or your manager a big part of his role is to ensure you are recommending Dell as a good place to work. I've had two managers "repurposed" due to this and we're left with a director's puppet who everyone despises.

Management really earned every precent down of the eNPS, love it for them
eNPS has taken a beating. You won't hear a peep about it though

eNPS is very bad so they came up with leaderNPS which is strong. Most people don't like the direction company is going, but know that direct leader has nothing to do with it. That way they can declare success.

We had our team meeting for tell dell results today. Basically our manager scored a 98 and dell as a whole got a -56.
Still working on the story. Probabaly just blame Trump like everyone else.

@OP I think my director got a -22. My manager left so we don’t know theirs. The director wouldn’t tell us.
