I consider it one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I just hope there are enough of us so that those who need the job won’t find themselves on the chopping block anytime soon.

@ax this is not correct. Less individuals opted in than expected, only a handful are being denied.
The stupid part of all of this is that the firm is paying people severance and then will replace some of these roles. In other words, intentionally getting rid of more seasoned workers.
The lack of authenticity from a firm that claims to value people over profits is astounding.
I heard less people took it than they wanted. So, it means ISPs (aka layoffs).
Just sharing what I heard from a credible source. Don’t shoot the messenger.
