I’m sure most of us are still eagerly awaiting release of the new phone and I’m happy to hear the release is imminent. (I’m guessing it took longer than expected to spin up the new factory in Texas.)
@OP I suggest getting professional help. This is not normal behavior especially if you work at Apple.

I am involved in US manufacturing of electronics. I do know the costs. Even if no human hands touch a piece of electronics..ie...dark factory..the material costs alone exceed the $499 price tag.
