Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I tried to give it a chance, but Fiserv made it impossible

Toxic vibes from the start, managers who had no idea what they were doing, and a work culture that felt like high school drama with paychecks. I really didn’t want to quit so soon, I don't want a reputation of a job hopper, but staying any longer would’ve cost me more than it was worth. It’s not about toughness, it’s about knowing when something is broken beyond repair.
