Since it’s Wednesday, do they still serve posole at lunch time at the Ocotillo site? It was pretty good, not like moms cooking. That’s about the only thing I miss.

@OP, No more good pozole, the lady that made the good stuff retired. I talked to her at a funeral a year or two after she had retired not realizing she somehow was related to my nieces husband. She told me that they the cafe management wanted her to give them the recipe and she told them to F off in Spanish because it was her family recipe. 😂

We do make posole at home, it takes most of the day to make a big pot. Just a quick meal good meal at work. We also make Gallina Pinta, Menudo and Albondigas.
I miss the authentic Indian food in the FM7 cafeteria.
