Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Ive turned a new page

Now that layoffs are done and the dust has settled, I'm feeling a lot better about my role and team. I've been very productive and I have been focusing on my book of business. I was very scatterbrained during the layoff buildup but not anymore. Thrive is coming up and that seems it will be a positive discussion too.

Anyone else?

Want to know why you're currently at -24? Because this site is not for anything even remotely positive.

Yes, I think that now April is in the rearview mirror people have generally moved on. For those that were untouched, it's business as usual. We all have jobs to do.

Not even HR believes this cr-p. They know that managers don’t know how to rate employees. The “training” is being done by outside people. Even HR can’t say this garbage with a straight face.

"Thrive" what? Everything is "thrive," therefore nothing is. It's ridiculous and impossible to keep up with.
