Just attended the RTO meeting, nobody likes it, managers and jr engineers alike are angry.
Is this is another way by Aptiv to punish WR? I guess some folks will quit one way or another in the end.
And what if as WR employees collectively we disregard the RTO mandate and keep working as we have been doing before? Will they just hold promotions and bonus again? oh wooow... Fire the whole company? yeah right...
I'm very annoyed.
