@OP, how about YOU get you out of here? Is there some reason you can't have agency over your own career. If you're expecting someone to save you, you've already lost. So put on your big boy (or girl) pants, stop whining, and start making decisions for your future. It's on you and nobody else.

I don't believe OP ever worked at Intel.

Intel is for sale. Why the Board/execs be the only ones to benefit?

Intel employees’ careers have been permanently sc--wed by their employer.

Any means of reclaiming value from Intel is entirely justified, inclusive of stealing and selling IP, trade secrets, tools, etc.

The truth of the matter is that we're all slowly dying (since birth), working at Intel just accelerates the process.

Take a 2 week vacation; use your weekends. Don’t work more than 50 hrs (10 hrs above most job descriptions). You sound burned out.

Why don’t you quit and work somewhere else that is better for your mental health than die for Intel? Why wasting your life for this sh---y company when you can make more money and healthier at other thousands of companies out there.

A lot of people will feel the same very soon and they don’t even know it. Just ask the 15k from last December majority of whom are still out of work

Here, here. The reality of our worthlessness, as evidenced by our job search results, or the lack thereof, kind of solidifies that the needful be done.

Keep looking for other job while ensuring no issues with your current work, layoffs will anyway happen and you may be target depending on your BU.
Also please meditate , I know it’s hard but preserve your mental health for sake of your family.

what an exaggeration! It sound like you are being tortured on a chair everyday. Resign and depart if you feel that way.

@ae correction- if OP can find any job. All that rust and outdated skills accumulated by working here for decades has led to the post

If the OP could find a better job they wouldn't be posting this nonsense.
