@OP, how about YOU get you out of here? Is there some reason you can't have agency over your own career. If you're expecting someone to save you, you've already lost. So put on your big boy (or girl) pants, stop whining, and start making decisions for your future. It's on you and nobody else.

Any means of reclaiming value from Intel is entirely justified, inclusive of stealing and selling IP, trade secrets, tools, etc.

Take a 2 week vacation; use your weekends. Don’t work more than 50 hrs (10 hrs above most job descriptions). You sound burned out.

Keep looking for other job while ensuring no issues with your current work, layoffs will anyway happen and you may be target depending on your BU.
