Marketing is terrible, horrible management all around. They discriminate if you don’t fit the mold.

Some are downright awful, they must be miserable in their lives outside of work. Their egos speak VERY loudly, even over the quality of their work.
@OP you now know the signs of a toxic work environment, interview at other companies paying attention to the signs and get out of Ford. If you stay you will begin to think a toxic work environment is normal and that all work places are toxic. Spoiler alert - all work places are not toxic. But it takes a year or two for many people who leave Ford to stop seeing things thru the Ford toxic culture haze.

Take control of your life, if you work in a toxic environment, then change jobs. You can’t change the machine, but you are in full control of where you drive to when you go to work in the morning.
They are one of the worst organizations at Ford.
I haven’t noticed any toxic behavior in Marketing outside of the normal stuff going on at Ford.
They are the worst people at Ford. I worked with a woman SH. she’s a psychopath and literally cursed at everyone behind their back
