Phase 1 : Massive layoffs (Nov - Dec)
Phase 2 : RTO 5 days a week
Phase 3 : Mandate all remote employees to come to Berkeley heights, since so much space is available & empty now to accommodate them.

Building holds 3000 parking spots for 1500. Who was the ticket scientist behind that design. Dum--ss
RTO is smart way to layoff. Who ever cannnot RTO will leave anyway. Hope new CEO have small kids need to see how he manages his work life balance
Will never happen.
BH is NOT empty. We have three overflow lots now. Over 3,000 associates in the building. They turned our scrum rooms into desk space. There's no where to have a private meeting unless you book one of the few conference rooms weeks in advance. Worse than getting into a high end NYC restaurant, that is.
They're still gonna force more of us in.
Oh, is BH still failing firedrills because we can't get everyone out fast enough????
How about the leaders in BH offices turn them into war rooms…. Bring your whole team in there to sit! Dummies
LOL wait until you have to park at Nokia
@aj+1jknqwy2s There are very few spots in the office. There were people sitting in classrooms before RTO. It's impossible to even find a quiet meeting area for 1 on 1's.
It's not empty at BH.
Meaning office space, not parking space.
"so much space is available & empty now to accommodate them".
Join those already in this sardine can, and enjoy the mini commute in a bus after your self-driving main one.
@OP+1jknqwy2s, are you able to share your source?
BH person here - the office is very far from empty. The layoffs were brutal but people still have to park 3 buildings away and take a stupid shuttle.
