Have to go back to 02/2022 to see this stock price. Steady erosion over the last three years. Company of choice, Leader in the Permian? You are the worst performing O&G company in your peer group this year. Forget your bonuses and brush up your CV's. A pathetic excuse for an oil company. Your debt is the only reason you haven't been swept away.

It’s the typical layer of management issues … way too many chiefs (who are so far removed from technical work) and not enough worker bees. Really need to get rid of the managers who do nothing but forward emails on to lower level staff to answer questions…it’s a wasteful game of telephone tag and inefficiency…
The problem with Oxy carbon capture is all the capital that will be required. It is too much hype and not enough material financial gain. Please Oxy, just concentrate on making oil and gas and money. You can do that but don’t get twisted off on other things. The carbon capture is like the Arabian horses of the past.
How's that carbon capture working for the stock price? Look at Chevron providing power to AI infrastruction. Oxy always behind, and their management are behinds.
The more senior workers at Oxy do all the work, just like any other oil company. The college hires just work on social media. complaining about everything, and presenting work that they didn't do as their own.
I would take a package and I am in my 60's. My work is fine but I would step aside for a younger person to take my place. Oxy has been good to me so I really can't complain about the company.
I wish they would offer me a package when I turned 60. I would take it with no looking back. In the meantime, I think “Dad” may be right about employees that complain all day long. Of course that is what this site is all about, so I guess I’m guilty too.
Do you think Oxy has too many old farts(>60 yrs) hanging around. If so then time for another package.
I told you to keep an eye on Dad. He needs his meds and rest. When he gets tired he tends to ramble....
I have worked with so many employees that never had the right stuff to get ahead with this company, or frankly any company they ever worked for. They never look in the mirror to see what the problem is, and usually wind up blaming every other employee in the company. It’s simply jealousy and misplaced anger. They should be avoided at all cost, and pitied as well. If you value your career, don’t join them in their complaining and finger pointing, or you may wind up as miserable as they are.
Down 30% since 04/2024. Don't care who they employ. Enough said.

Suffer? They are posting a 130% bonus this year. Actions have consequences; as a legacy APC employee, you should know that all too well.

That’s really vindictive and nasty! You really should look in the mirror and ask why you have such a huge ax to grind for Oxy employees. Sounds like you want them to lose their jobs and suffer.
BTW- I am a legacy Anadarko employee that loyally stayed with Oxy after the acquisition. For my reward, I was treated like a second class citizen. The Anadarko stigma never wore off. I don’t work at Oxy anymore and I don’t hold any Oxy stock. I’m not impressed with Oxy management. But I don’t want the employees of Oxy to suffer like you apparently do.
