It's incredible to me that despite the fact that the company is losing the best employees who will certainly not be easily replaced (if at all), they behave towards the remaining employees as if they should be happy to have a job at all.
Is it possible that they are still convinced that BH is a dream job for many and that there are no other options?

@OP, with the best employees gone or leaving soon, the only ones left are the ones that no one else will hire!

Who wants to keep working for a company that has served you your notice. And now they want you to do overtime to make up for the shift they want to take away from you. 🤪
It was obvious at the individual consultations that they do not think they will have any problem hiring. However reality has a funny habit of biting one on the @r$€
