Last time I checked for something to be Sold!Sold!Sold! there first has to be a Purchase and Sale Agreement, which has not been made public IF there is one. Then the due diligence period and then closing, which could take six months up to two years.
But before all of this you need a willing buyer of unestablished and yet to be determined cash flow based on a government subsidy, that would also come with huge plugging liabilities of depleted fields (no large scale P-D upside). Good luck with that.
