Breaking up the company was a good move and so was reducing the debt. I think it needed to be done and I have been wanting it for a while so I think Larry is doing an Ok job based on what is being reported. He is way overpaid though. I would have done it for 3 million a year.

@3nvh+1fmyaKmN. You’re right, the stock is still to high, so you better sell everything you have and take the loss now rather than wait for it to go lower, after all, that’s the “current path” it’s on.

He is doing a great job really bringing this company to the next generation and beyond. Even if Power gets sold and thousands loose their jobs. GE Stock is on the right path for the money makers. The stocks now are a fake number made by a number game.

Culpable was put in place by an activist investment firm and their goals are to try to enrich themselves and shareholders by shaking up the company. They can do this by changing management styles, breaking up the company, buy other firms, pay down debt, and improve positive cash flow. There will be winners and losers. Shareholders are at the top of the list. As it looks now, in my opinion, Aviation will be the last man standing. It is extremely profitable, great outlook, and a virtual monopoly in the engine field. They make engines for every airliner manufacturer, now and in the future. No major opposition. Bet on Aviation.

All Culp has done is sell off the rest of GE once cash generating businesses to pay bills after GE Six Sigma management ran them into the ground while collecting big bonuses.

Culp has no idea about product engineering or manufacturing, only how to horse trade and collect 225 Million a year. No more engineering or manufacturing experts in mid and upper management anymore has destroyed GE from the bottom up after trashing technical expertise ay every level and filling GE with warm bodies.

He hasn't done sh_ _. BUT, not sure anyone else could do better, maybe worse. Just rolling Flannery's playbook and trying to hit is $240M payout

Well make sure you let the board know who that person is and quit holding out on the rest of us. We all have jobs at stake here!

@OP+1fmyaKmN, Based on what? Even after the recent drop in price, the stock is still up over 40% since he took over.
