Do NOT give your 2 weeks until after any bonus money has been deposited into your account. If you give notice before that you will not be paid.
The 401k match is supposed to be deposited on the 31st this year.

if you started a new position in Nov you would only get a bonus if your previous position was bonus eligible in which case you will get prorated amounts for the old and new if different rates.

If I started a new position in November, am I eligible for a partial bonus in February? I assumed no, but maybe I shouldn’t have…

If you give your 2 week notice before Feb 4, will they withhold the bonus or still pay it out?

Plan. For no bonus and no increase. That way a) you won’t spend ahead and B) you wont be disappointed. I am sure we are going to hear that as a result of RTO we see a benefit in our free unspent money on child care, maintenance, wear and tear because we are WFH for two years that is probably a 200-300 a month increase in what you keep. As Scott said….WFH is a privilege so it may just pop up in those increase discussions

I believe the bonus strategy will remain intact for this round although just based on the chatter and with the new Job Titles (again) i can only think that they are going down not up. Some will get more some will get less. Future it seems that they will no longer be using the TOG BONUS so who know what if anything we get in 2023. I might be negative but i don’t think they spend time on these colorful new job roles (JUST WENT THROUGH THAT) and this is a move that is never going to be in the rank and file favor. Sorry Debbie Downer but the company has stretch targets and Charlie and co get big bonuses for cutting expenses (employees)

Bonus will be paid in the paycheck on 2/4/22. You’ll be able to see the paystub with the amount on 2/2/22.

And when does the 401k match get applied?

End of January. Hasn’t changed. You always find out your new salary and bonus a week or two before it takes effect. Again, all this has been communicated and is freely available on Teamworks.

When will we even find out how much of a bonus we're getting?

Nothing like waiting until the last minute.

Your attitude and rudeness is exactly why this company is failing.

My last two bonuses were paid out on 3/6/20 and 2/5/21. I imagine that this upcoming bonus will be paid out with the first check in February barring, but that is just a guess.

Maybe they are not working and enjoying Christmas Eve, thinking of their future bonus and thought “hey maybe a nice coworker knows off hand and can tell me real quick”

For you, never. There is this site called Teamworks though that provides that info. It's a decent site and provides lots of info for employees.
