Everyone already had Covid.
You all are such fuhhhcking id--ts. The shot isn't the government tracking you (your phones already do that). It isn't the government trying to ki-l you. It's to help you mo--ns not die when you most certainly will get covid at some point. Yet when you get it and your possibly on a ventilator dying you'll be asking for thoughts and prayers. Won't get them from me!

Question: why do all of you railheads think you’re lawyers or paralegals? Just because UP is in perpetual litigation it doesn’t mean that all UP employees are legal experts (far from it, actually).

@OP Private employers can legally require their employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment.
There are currently two injunctions in effect stopping the federal government from requiring vaccines for healthcare workers and private employers with more than 100 employees. All other aspects of the Covid-19 vaccine mandate still carry the force of law unless rescinded or otherwise enjoined.
Not yet and honestly don't care anymore.

I got a religious exemption. No vaccine for me.
@1ivb They can still require you to be vaccinated. All the ruling says is that the federal government can’t require them to require it.
If you’re unvaccinated, you’re unemployable. Simple as that.
Why would they do that when its not in effect till 1/4/22?
Rail Gods are truly against an unruly railroader’s happiness. I was actually looking forward to be ran off but now a Federal Judge has preliminary halted the Federal Contractor vaccine mandate in three states.
