@OP I’m pretty sure all UP employees did prior to covid was complain about UP. Not much has changed there.
Almost every F5+ company is putting some form of a vaccine mandate in place. UP is no exception. If that upsets you for some reason, or if you’re one of these people who think they’re caving to liberals by getting vaccinated, then just get the shot and don’t tell your MAGA buddies that you got it.
