@OP Moneywise puts out their list of worst companies to work for around the second week of December every year. UP has been #1 since 2019, and they’ll be near the top if not #1 again this year.
Glassdoor gives UP two stars (up from 1.5) and LF has a whopping 12% approval rating (up from 7%). Numbers like these make it obvious that everyone who has ever worked for UP hates the place.
If you buy the stock UP is one of the greatest businesses ever.
@puz I agree! If the company is so great then what are the meetings for? They never mention that!
It's damage control. The executives have lied to the employees for sometime now, so why would they stop to hold meetings and then miraculously start telling the truth? Why hold meetings telling people of how great the company is. If the company was so great, then sites like this wouldn't exist. They're still lying, and hopefully people are smart enough to not buy into the BS

We’ll they believe it, so shall you lol. I guess if I were making millions of dollars per year off the backs of hardworking people with no oversight I’d love this place too. I wonder what world these guys live in.
