The job at TR reduced to waiting in uncertainty

Motivation, zero. I can't work hard when I'm constantly thinking about which side the new cuts will come from. No job has ever been absolutely safe and one should always be prepared, but what is happening now at TR creates so much tension and anxiety that I don’t know how anyone can concentrate on their job?

@OP+1c33yMRF - I agree - it's stressful. I'm trying to view this as having a check and benefits now while I'm looking for my next job and not focus on what is outside of my control.

If you’re that miserable find another job.

I certainly can't find the energy to give more than the bare minimum and I'm sick of feeling like TR expects me to just be grateful I have a job. I'm (im)patiently working through the tedious job search process.
