I promise that no one here bashing the hard-working employees of ADP, management, or the CEO would say this to their faces if given the change or had to sign their name to these comments if they had to. Nope, not one of you. You're all cowards who hate the company because, despite your best efforts and hatred, the company continues to stay in business. Sorry, not sorry.

ADP has many wonderful people working for them. I spent over 2 decades there and worked alongside many. I'm still there busting my butt everyday for those I care about. But every morning when I turn on my laptop, I dread what idiocy will my BU leader come up with today.
For all wonderful people remaining... Many are gone. Many lost jobs due to layoffs. Many still there and struggle daily with incompetence of leaders.
The issue is that there are also many incompetent mo–nic leaders - especially at SVP level that are ruining the business, losing clients and costing many employees their livelyhoods.
When you build something great over the years and see it taken down by fools... it's frustrating.
Look at NAS leadership. Or at RPO. You got mo–ns that are literally destroying those. Biggest clients gone. Revenue and margin plunging. People being laid off en masse. Yet no consequences for fools that caused it. Because being a certain gender or race matters more than performance.
And yes, Carlos and the board are ignoring bad numbers, ignoring fraud (financials are routinely misrepresented to make numbers look better), blaming stuff on pandemic that had nothing to do with covid, pretending that sh*t products are great (Lifion and "nextgen" are biggest frauds since Madoff). Thus all the disdain directed to Carlos and people on top.
What a hateful post. No one is bashing employees, just the management. Trying to put words into other people's mouths? ADP's management is responsible for this sad state of affairs. It alone. And while ADP still remains in business, it is a former shell of itself with an increasingly disaffected workforce, angry and dissatisfied clients, and awful products.
No need to work hard for this crummy company. Layoffs are in the forecast for all employees, sooner or later. Count on it, guaranteed.

To the jacka** calling everyone cowards, hopefully one day you too will get to experience getting thrown out like trash after many years at ADP. Good luck to you, if you'll work hard, you'll get stellar reviews, larger raises and laid off faster than you can blink.
I gotta agree with the post. Quit whining about working and just work. Most people at ADP tend to dramatize their workload but in reality aren't a tenth as busy as that want you to believe. Just get to work and quit your complaining.
@OP+19HIF7GM - Who is hard working at ADP? Not anyone these days. Carlos? LOL. People just sit at home, watching Netflix and instant messaging and then whine about have so much work to do. Wah! Cry just a little more and then tighten your diapers and get to work. Do you need more fear to do your job? Remeber, soon enough, if you aren't laid off you will be in 3x3 square foot spaces in the Supercenters working like and Indian Call Center "specialist". Enjoy ADP!
