All Lockheed does is jerks you around after you apply to any job openings with them. Total waste of time.

HR seems to be a black hole. I'm going on 30+ days from an interview that I haven't heard a word about. On their site, I'm still stuck at the "interview" stage. I'm 52 so I might as well move on to the next company.
If you have been laid-off from your previous job, or are older or disabled and have applied to jobs at Lockheed, good luck with that. Lockheed will most likely turn you down. Lockheed HR or Talent people may contact you, but once they realize you are unemployed/older/disabled, they will play games with you. So I agree it is a waste of time applying to jobs at Lockheed.
