I just want to keep my job. It's scary out there. Dry.

I work for the money not because I love our dumpster fire of a company. I will absolutely expect a raise and bonus. Thank you.
It would be foolish to not hope for any raise when the cost of living is going up. Food, energy, Data plans which are needed for WFH, loss of corporate phone, and so many expenses being diverted from WF to employees. My health insurance will be cost $50 more a month for each paycheck beginning in January.
Sure, I don't want to be laid off but if I will end up with less take home pay it may be better to find something more stable and fulfilling.
Hye @1xvl, if you're so happy at Wells, why are you trolling a layoff website?
Get back to work slacker.
For those who don’t like WF, get out. For those who are content, keep working hard. It’ is that easy.
@tzr sorry about the envy comment. I guess I should have said obsession rather than envy. But I still think you need to just let it go. It seems to really be eating away at you and that is not healthy.
Not layoff related
There are many opportunities in the new economy. You will be better off mentally, health-wise and Financially once you leave Wells Fargo.
I need to know who the teller is.
@sjd, you are so ridiculously wrong. No envy at all. Just stating the truth and what is so obviously wrong with this bank.
You need to buy a clue.
Op, if you dont care about your salary or bonus, Ill take that too and add to my compensation. You can keep your job too as a community service effort.
Teller Envy... please just let it go before you consume yourself into oblivion.
@qet+18dPGmsp, umm, salary is not great at all; where do you work? are you working at wells fargo?
Say you're worried about your job, don't say you don't care about compensation.
It's like a musician saying "I'd play for free".
You get your wish.
And @qet, this place doesn't pay that great depending on what area you're in, and the things that made it worth working here are all being taken away, and the changes being made in some areas, like IT, are taking us backwards.
And it seems at least one guy is being tortured day and night by a teller.
Yeah, if you are a teller making the wages of an technically educated engineer, you should be very grateful.
Always amazing to me when i see people going around bashing this place, a place that pay them a decent salary, a good bonus that's actually paid out, a great 401k match, tons of time off, matching HSA money etc.. They trash talk this place yet they couldn't get a job paying half what they're getting now.
why not?
