Our union rep isn't useless. He's actually very good at his job. Sadly, I've come to realize he's just a horrible human being.
All the dues that the IBEW has Collected and is still collecting. They can’t do squat and you won’t hear from them until it’s time for dues to go up are they need more members to sustain the guaranteed retirement they will receive. Google IBEW salaries and you will see the only thing they worry about. So guys we need to work on our membership because the Union Pacific has cut our income by the millions!!

@OP If you know what district the case was filed in you can go and check for yourself. You should be able to check the docket, and if there’s been a ruling it will usually be made public. That’s probably better than consulting the “locomotive lawyers“ who hang around on this board.
