Union Pacific has more corrupt leadership in 2020 than at any other point in their history.

Shameful

Besides, who would I turn him in to. I’m not rocking the boat. It will eventually play out before all of this is over.

Also Warren Buffett is different from the current leadership that’s running this barge, he is willing to admit his mistakes and blunders (for example see when he dumped all of Birksheire Hathaway stocks that had been invested in the airlines for years he stated he should have sold them years ago, not saying since then his position since that statement might have changed) also he looks more long term then short like the current leadership or else he wouldn’t have bought BNSF when it was on the verge of bankruptcy and turned it into the company it is now . And he is quick to correct his mistakes unlike others.

I have yet to hear of the railroad’s that did the PSR plan continuing usage of PSR after a few years, in fact I’ve seen more stories about apology tours, groveling to get customers to return to using the rails, CEO’s going to the local government to apologize for their predecessors piss poor decisions to back out of finializing infrastructure plans that the railroad had initialized into doing, how they can’t get people to apply or continue to work for their company after they hire on to work there, or how they have to bribe people with guarantees or bonuses to move to those locations that are undesirable. So please explain your claim that this is working in a desirable and profitable long term way that is beneficial for continued business. But I’m assuming you are someone who has been drinking the koolaide for far to long to realize this PSR business plan is nothing other than a flash in the pan money grab and not a profitable long term business decision.

Seems to be working for the railroads that have done this. Warren Buffet is embracing the idea now also. I’m sure you know more about the railroad big picture and bottom line than everyone in American railroad leadership. So pop a cork and celebrate your keen eye for business.

This company is in business to service CUSTOMERS somewhere along the lines that got blurred and changed into shareholders. In order to PROPERLY provide service to said CUSTOMERS you have to have employees to deliver, maintain, schedule, bill, and provide support when issues arise. That being said all these issues currently happening aren’t a blue or red, donkey or elephant issues. This is piss poor management from the top listening to people who have already given their money and have no dog in the hunt other then to profit off the stock they’ve been given in return for their one time donation, they provide no continual revenue source like CUSTOMERS do unless the repeatedly buy stock which most do not. When this company is finally taken over by someone who realizes CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES make this company money and not the stockholders then you will see the company be better until then this company is and will continue to be a flaming sinking dumpster barge being pushed down river to a dump to be disposed of.

@OP I don't think you know what corruption is.

People don't automatically become corrupt when they make decisions that you don't like. At least that's what my a$$hole republican father-in-law keeps telling me.

How are they corrupt? This is a business not a charity. Union Pacific does not exist in order to provide jobs for people. If you work for them, they pay you, correct? If they think they don’t need you, they let you go. Grow up and deal with it. I’m an agreement employee. They owe me nothing, and I owe them nothing. I trade my time for their money, when they need me. Go cry to your mom.
