Maybe 50% is a bit harsh, probably more like 80%. Then 20% gets done by the implementation crew if you count config as no company can run on company code 0001. Its important for the IT buyer to realize he is not getting an out of the box product that does exactly what he needs. Anything more could be considered marketing rumor.
