The worst performining BU this fiscal year. Our leadership doesn't want to listen to us and makes poor decision after poor decision. Are the sell off rumors true?

Does anyone ask themselves, how can a company be so bad that it actually has a website that literally bashes its downfalls? Haha. BD is a joke.
You know the sad part about Mebane is that people leave and come right back. Like a dr-g addict, can’t quit BD. But don’t worry, BD will quit you soon. It’s coming.
No nonsense! Mebane is miserable and BD is tanking. I’m surprised a lot of you haven’t quit yet. It’s like an abusive relationship, just can’t leave because you lost your self-worth.
@Mvlw+1qhkAtRw. So true! The plant is still out of control. Until they get rid of a few other flunkies it will never get better. Some management and especially the "new" ops manager and HR are the worst. They are both clueless and do what benefits them, not the plant. BD needs to bring in a no nonsense director and clean house immediately. I do not understand how this continues even after all the complaints and the visit from Nancy and Rob.
Why split PAS and DS if not to sell one of them off? All of the rationale provided for why the units were broken up has been as convincing as a teenager trying to lie to his parents that he didn’t drink at a party.
His rule may of ended after 6 years, but his lover/mentee is still creating havoc in Mebane. I know for a fact that the previous PM and HR coached the hiring board to get her that job since her position was going to be eliminated. The irony was that half the hiring board was laid off anyway. This company and plant is a joke.
I think it is highly likely. IDS has numerous sites under poor management and senior leadership doesn't want to listen. Finally, after 6 years of Brazilian rule BD Mebane was fortunate to get rid of part of their problem but some serious "infections" still linger on and no antibiotic known of can get rid of them. So, most are only "leaders" by their anointed position not by virtue of their professionalism or actions.
After their major layoffs last year I knew they didn’t care. They acquired our company to expand their diagnostic menu then laid off most teams that would expand their diagnostic menu. Sooooo future sighted of them. The stupidest company I’ve worked for. I was there for a year and there was probably 3 different HR people assigned to our team if we had one at all. There were at least 2 major restructurings and multiple more smaller shifts. Future plans were made but never followed through (nor were the plans even talked about with the engineers responsible). We’d still make their plans happen just for them to change course when we finished with little to no explanations.
I think they'd sell it if they could find a su---r to buy it. Leadership is delusional. Good thing we have an "acting" president. What a joke.
