The original post here states:

Should also add:

See something. Say something. Then your thelayoff.com post just disappears.

My post was deleted and all I said was I think 1000 designers could independently create their own Darth Vader hot wheel and they'd all look kind of similar. Why delete that? 😯

On #deletions, check this hashtag out. Not just names, some other things aren’t allowed here either.

Wow, they sure seem to censor harsher comments directed at Mattel where no employee names are even hinted at. Apparently Mattel “....can’t handle the truth!”

I’ve noticed comments 86’d out of here not long after they’re posted.

thelayoff.com being pressured to do that??

Let’s how long this reality check lasts here.

Also, just copy other designs from a few years back and take credit for them as if you created it from scratch.

Because that Vader car definitely WASN'T a Disney Racers car first, available at the parks over a decade ago. No sir. It was a 100% original creation.

Smooching butt isn’t enough. Remember to take credit for others work, manipulate your coworkers, and when opportunity shows, throw others under the bus. Right, bb?

I can’t focus on work as I don’t know if I will still with the company next week.

sounds like you're working too much. Rule of thumb at Mattel is to kiss a$$ twice as much as you work to ensure continued employment.
