@Chue give them as much notice as you think they deserve.
I have no intention of coming back to HCL or State Farm. They're not getting notice when I quit.

I get to interview my replacement this week!
Start my new job Monday. Email to my boss letting them providing notice scheduled for 9am Monday morning. Let them think I'm running late
