Lots of incorrect responses. OSHA is the work around because the federal government cannot legally mandate the vaccine. This halting applies to both the executive order and OSHA. Companies can still require employees to get vaccinated. If TR wanted to halt on their end they legally can and not be fined. Based on their full speed ahead approach I guess we know how they truly feel about forcing their employees to do this. For those of you so compliant on being forced to this, I hope the next thing you are forced to do you will be happy about that too. This is so much more than a "shot". Opening pandoras box could serve to backfire. Get ready for the ride.
The OSHA mandate that applies to businesses with 100 or more employees is being challenged. This doesn’t affect TR. TR employees are required to be vaccinated for TR to get government contracts.
Just get the vaccine and keep your job, you got your tetanus shot, this is literally the same thing
I've heard it's only for the osha mandate and not the executive ordered. So we are still required to comply or be terminated. Does anyone know if for sure that is true?
