Yes! You are correct in saying the sky is falling. The collusion between General Electric and all the Unions have served them all well in the sunshine years of the past. No longer in this new woke day and age will it survive. If the company does not meet the expectations of the employees then doom will surely prevail. To save this entire company from the auction block change must come quickly for society as a whole is moving at a warp speed since the introduction of the internet. Don't worry so much about the process it's going to come naturally.

Can’t waste any more time on fools. Thinking the boys of 301, company people and a few others aren’t about to suffer the consequences of their own actions won’t stop the grand jury witness prep or the grand jury from convening. It’s happening, folks. Won’t be denying it when it hits the news. Company has kept it covered for this long but won’t be able to for much longer. Have a good night.
The Fiat investigation took 4 years and it’s on-going. Not finished. It takes time. The Senior Criminal Investigator that lead that investigation was in Schenectady for a short time a few years ago. He came to speak to a few folks way back when…great guy, brilliant mind.
I can see it’s obvious you still don’t know who you’ve been talking to. Maybe someday you will. I will be at every court hearing that I can possibly be at so I can enjoy the show.
In a little over 1 year the Feds had indictments out in the $ 3.5 MM FIAT/UAW scam with 16 folks being sentenced to prison to date. I guess the Local 301/GE issue is far more complex. LOL
Small minds can’t see the big picture. It will be spelled out in simple terms soon enough. Strange how someone is assuming members didn’t try to fix it internally. Many did, some went to extremes and were blocked. JC with IUE was blocked and stopped when he was in the city. It’s no wonder the investigation took so long and got so big. Many people involved, even relatives helping relatives that will regret helping. People who have nothing to do with the Union or the company are going to feel this and it’s going to hurt. Some of the boys of 301 had big things happening right under everyone’s nose and most of you believed their obvious lies. Fools about to find out. Happy days are coming.

If the Conference Board found no issues of significance I'm comfortable with their findings, DOL finding, I bet there will be some, jail, no way.
Ex Union Reps will have federal charges for sure, one current Rep very likely. He thinks he is “$cott free” because he paid money back but that’s not how it works when multiple crimes are intentionally planned and committed. It’s not only union Reps in trouble either. This got big and feds know everything. You can call it a conspiracy until you can’t and then you’ll think of me and know that I was right the entire time. You might be one that regrets not paying attention to my warning. Exciting stuff happening soon. Investigation over for most part, but that was only part 1. Part 2 is taking shape, grand jury prepping in full swing. Results of the investigations will not be published on the U.S. Department of Labor website until everything is completely resolved. We’re likely to hear about it on the news first. For those that know, the good part will be starting soon, for all others, the party is about to end. Enjoy the ignorance while you’ve still got it. It’s been entertaining but now it’s hilarious since the gears of justice have ramped up and you’re still in denial. Will you disappear (behind bars) or will you comments after the indictments and arrests? I wonder.
The Federal Government is required to have a meeting with all Board Members and officers of the union for a closeout report of their investigation. At that point the investigators will inform all of the violations, embezzlement, and other charges criminal/civil and make it public information. By the time this meeting happens with all the Board Members and Officers. The indictments will have been served and arrest will have already been made.

A special kind of stupid to not believe the 2+ yr federal investigation into Local 301 is very real. Id like to pop the champagne on the sidewalk out front when they get perp walked when it all comes crashing down. Id also like to slap the sh-t out of those that have propped these crooks up all along. They deserve the same as the guilty, just for being ignorant to the obvious all along. As sure as there isnt going to be layoffs in 2022 in Schenectady, the same holds true that there is certainly a real investigation, and regardless of the charges or the punishment, Officials at 301 have much to be worried about, current and past officials as well.
