Has anyone seen a Warn notice filed for California? I’ve been looking but maybe I’m not looking in the right place. If we’re slated to close June 30, wouldn’t they have needed to file by April 30?

Nobody said anything about a lawsuit @9iky+1mu7Fztb so YOU should probably get a grip. You seem a little high strung-chill out, it’s going to be okay. Since my store has gotten several different estimated closing dates (all the way up to end of July/early august per our liquidator) a Warn notice can help give an indication.
Who is California going to go after if they didn’t do it right? The company will be gone before California even makes it to court. Get a grip.
Only the San Diego store was listed in the warm act notice
You are slated to close * BY* June 30, not on June 30th.
I don't know about any California WARN, but there is this all-female hard rock trio (sisters, in fact) called The Warning. They're from Monterrey, Mexico, and they f***in' rock!
I did received the Warn notice on 4/24 for one of the California stores. It was emailed to me.
OP looking for a class action angle? Just wondering. 1nmb correct, if all OP is looking for is confirmation. Yeah, I know. DUH.
We're in total liquidation. What more notice do you want?
Has any state besides NJ received warn notices?
What is the store that is closing
I may be wrong, but I thought that was only for New Jersey.
