Company is facing insolvency. Just read the financial statements. 30% of the workforce is being slashed. They have notes in the 10K that reference more layoffs are possible in 2026. "We are currently evaluating measures to enhance our financial position, which may include...profit improvment initiatives, and other operational efficiencies; these actions may result in the incurrence of initial upfront costs". (That's latin for we reserve the right to layoff a lot more people later this year because we are hemorraghing cash and have negative cash flow).
Hostile takeover by Constellation seemed to be in the works until the board of directors issued a poison pill 8-K filing to head that off for a short time. The place is on fire and they're promoting the former Chief HR Officer to COO and the former SVP of HR to CHRO.
