I’m waiting for severance because I still don't have any other option. Do you think the severance here is fair enough? I was surprised when colleagues from other companies told me that the severance pay was much better there, although I could never have guessed it from the reputation of those companies.
What worries me especially is whether this company can make changes to severance packages in the meantime?

Yeah. That is BS
Maybe if we would focus a little more on our respective areas we could actually grow the company and not have employee data breaches. Love how we notified everyone four months after the fact!
