Thread regarding NCR Corp. layoffs

I hate everything about my job

If I didn’t desperately need my medical insurance, I’d be out of here in a heartbeat, it’s not even funny. When did the culture get so toxic? I don’t remember it being this bad eight years ago when I first joined.

Not a great vibe in our group, people are being ask to do way too much, whiles others do very little.

I actually like what I do at NCRV. I just wish we had better systems in place rather than having to jump around all the time.

Lol if you think ANY business is family, you're delusional and ripe to be taken advantage of

It’s been this way well over 20 years. The family feel of NCR was lost a long long time ago.

Coworkers are so desperate to save their own jobs they will do anything, sabotage and lies to your boss have become common practice, if you lasted 8 years you should know this already.
Besides that, the corporation has stripped many benefits, and shift scheduling is horrific.

Find a new job, the new companies NCR have created are horrible

Apply elsewhere. We are looking for experienced employees; are others too. It's easier to get a job while you are employed.
